Sirvoy is stepping up! It’s not even a month ago that we published our latest feature updates, but we already have more to tell you. Here are the latest improvements that we hope will help make your life just a little bit easier:
- Invoice Status Transparency for Each Booking
You have probably noticed that colored icons now appear on the booking list, the booking details page, and when you create invoices. This is the most visible part of the update. For all bookings created after 2020-11-01, all booking items are tracked and you will clearly see if they are fully or only partially invoiced. For example, if you have made changes after the invoice was created, this will be reflected in the status, and any remaining balance for invoicing will be pre-populated when you create the next invoice. You will have the same icons in the ’create invoice’ view, in the ’booking view’ as well as on the ’booking list’, indicating the invoice status. For more information see this article.
- Adjusting the Booking Engine
To make it easier to adjust or add new booking engines, we’ve slightly changed the user interface on the booking engine settings page. There is also a new feature added, which should be valuable for those of you who modify the design of your booking engine. Now you can keep track of CSS history. Also, the editor is easier to use with syntax highlighting.
- Sending e-invoices in Peppol Format
You already have the possibility to send e-invoices directly from within Sirvoy. We have now added the ”buyer reference field” to make the feature even more complete. See this article to learn more about this feature and read a guide on how to get started.
- Sirvoy Website Builder
What if we told you that Sirvoy has its own website builder? That it’s so simple you can create your website in just a few minutes, and that it’s also included as a free add-on if you use Sirvoy Pro? Too good to be true? We are proud to tell you that this will soon be reality – we are aiming for a release around the end of the year. Get a sneak preview of what’s to come.
